The small school with big impact
Empowering Education Through Connection
Child-centered academic, social, and emotional learning in a small school setting.
At New Pacific, social-emotional development is the foundation of our program. Utilizing a proven framework from Leader in Me, along with hands-on and project-based learning, our students develop self-determination and self-direction, resiliency, and a lifelong love of learning. Students of all abilities benefit from our on-site counselors, education specialists, and Wellness Teams.
Our caring, inclusive, and connected community includes students, teachers, parents, and administrators. We believe it takes a village to raise a child, and we encourage everyone’s participation – from classrooms to policy. That’s why teamwork, relationship building, listening skills, global awareness, and valuing diversity are cornerstones of our approach. Scholar-leaders of all skill levels and backgrounds are welcomed.
From kindergarten to graduation, our students take ownership of their education. Scholar-leaders gain mastery in English Language Arts, Mathematics. History-Social Science, Foreign Language, Fine Arts, and Physical Education. At the same time, scholar-leaders also learn critical skills to support their future success in college and career, including time management, creativity, public speaking, critical thinking, initiative, and problem-solving.
